In this webinar, health center staff will learn tips for capturing the BMI value, documenting a follow-up plan, and data capture and measurement. The speakers will discuss the roles and responsibilities of care team members in the BMI documentation workflow, data capture and reporting challenges, and best practices.

Dr. Avian Tisdale has over a decade of progressive leadership, serving as Chief Medical Officer, Division Director, Clinical Assistant Professor, and Hospitalist for complex multi-site systems. In these varied roles, she cultivated strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including Nemours DuPont, Jefferson University Hospital, and Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine.
She has successfully built reliable and translatable enterprise-wide quality programs for value-based practice models. She also has direct experience building a successful Telehealth program in a multi-site hospital system. As Chief Medical Officer, she chaired committees for quality, credentialing, and population health. She specializes in pediatric quality improvement.

Christina Mister
MS, BSN, RN
Senior Advisor, Clinical Operations
Christina Mister is a dedicated healthcare nurse leader in community, hospital, health insurance, and regulatory settings, focusing on quality improvement. Beyond nursing management, she has experience in case and program management, payer quality programs, regulatory
compliance, and nursing education.
As a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) nurse consultant, Christina has provided accreditation oversight to Medicare’s acute care programs and served as the program lead for Diabetes Self-Management Training and Home Infusion Therapy programs. Additionally, she co-led providing clinical support for rural health and federally qualified health center programs.
Christina has vast experience in health center operations, care management, budgeting, nursing management, and medical assistant supervision.
Dr. AnnaMaria Izquierdo
MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Izquierdo serves as Chief Medical Officer for BlueNovo. Dr. Izquierdo’s professional career is focused on the intersection of health policy, public health, and healthcare technology to design systems for delivery of high quality, patient-centered healthcare. She is a trained Internist and Geriatrician and has extensive experience training and supporting healthcare technology and quality improvement projects. Prior to joining BlueNovo, Anna Maria held positions as a hospitalist with Johns Hopkins Medicine, Kaiser Permanente and Medical Director for a community health center in Washington DC. Anna Maria holds an MD from the School of Medicine of Universitat de Barcelona and a PhD in Medicine from the School of Medicine of Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. Anna Maria is a well cited and published researcher and has completed post-graduate training in Franklin Square Hospital Center in Maryland as well as the University of Maryland Medical System. Anna Maria currently supports Franklin Square’s research curriculum and has developed an evidence-based introduction to the principles of quality improvement. She is also currently the Co-Chair of the Latino Health Initiative’s Steering Committee.
